Introduction

this is NOT a regular recipe... just used what I had on hand this is NOT a regular recipe... just used what I had on hand
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 # Ground 93/7 beef
    .5 # Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage
    1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Tips

1) loaf should be flatter than than not. meat will cook better if it's spread out a little more
2) there will be a fair amount of grease so make sure that the pan is quite a bit larger than the loaf.


Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Line 9X13" lasagna pan with foil and place meat mixture inside and shape into a large loaf.
Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
