    1 16oz package Lundberg wild blend rice
    1 49oz can (6 cups) swansons low fat chicken broth

Tips

freezes well in single servings to have for a quick lunch on the go.


Directions

put the rice and the broth in a dutch oven on top of the stove, cook on medium heat, simmering until rice absorbs almost all of the broth. Turn the heat off an let set for 30 minutes. The rice will continue to absorb the broth.
