    diced bacon

Tips

can add other things replace bacon with spinach and fetta cheese, mushrooms tomatoes anything you like


Directions

line a pie dish with pastry
cover pastry with grated cheese
remove bacon rhind and dice bacon put on top of cheese
break eggs into a bowl whip up eggs and add cream and seasoningadd chopped parsley and mix
pour mix over bacon and cheese
Cook in a hot oven until browned
