Tips

make your own variation and enjoy. the only sugar in this recipe is in the flavored chips

Directions

pre-heat oven 350 (I use a 1/2 sheet pan)
mix oats, chopped almond, flax seed, coconut shredded together, spray pan with Pam
spread evenly on a baking sheet pan to toast about 7-8 minutes.
pour into a stainless mixing bowl
add 1 cup of protein powder (recipe calculator doesnot have this in cup measure),
raisins, chocolate chips (or any flavored chips -sugar free),
2 tbs of baking powder,
then add the sorghum, this should make recipe stick together (you can also add Agave syrup) stir well and mix
once it is sticking together
spread on (pam sprayed baking sheet)
I use a rolling pin to even it out with parchment paper
then Bake 7-10 minutes until toasty brown.
let cool then cut into 1 x 2 inch bars
store in Ziploc bags or storage container
