Ingredients

    16 oz. Cream Cheese
    6 Eggs
    1 C Sugar Free Pancake Mix
    1/2 C Buttermilk
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbs Parsley Flakes
    1 tsp Onion Flakes/Powder
    6 tsp Splenda

Tips

You could also use these as bread base for a lot of different recipes. Try subsituting the savory seasonings for cinnamon to use in a sweeter recipe, such as ice cream sandwiches.


Directions

Preheat griddle to 325. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pour 3 Tbs per bun onto hot griddle. Cook as you would a pancake.
