Introduction

Who says indulgence is unhealthy? Who says indulgence is unhealthy?
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Bananas, about two medium
    Flaxseed meal, 1/2 c
    Cinnamon, to taste
    Cocoa powder, 1/2 c.
    Sliced almonds, 1/4 c.

Tips

If it's a little dull, add a pinch of salt. Or, if you're daring, a drop of Tabasco sauce (and let me know how it goes, this is one recipe that I had not tried with Tabasco). Either will add a zing and bring out other flavors.


Directions

Mash bananas, about a cup. Do something with the remaining little bit of banana...like, eat it. Mix ingredients. Eat as a pudding, or freeze and have delightful choco-banana sickles. Or spread on something, a bagel, or rice-cake...the possibilities are endless.

Serving Size: Makes 8 100-calorie desserts! Or 4, if you're feeling indulgent.
