Introduction

I really never measure the exact amount. Two large tomatos diced, half a large cucumber diced, a handfull of chopped cilantro the a drizzel of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of steamed salmon. Ingredients

    2 large tomatos
    1/2 a large cucumber
    Handful of cilantro
    A few dashes of olive oil
    balsamic vinegar to taste
    salt and pepper
    1-2 Salmon fillet

Tips

Add the olive oil and vinegar to your taste.


Directions

steam salmon for 20 min add any salt if desired. A little dash of garlic salt or non salt is nice. Chop other ingredients while salmon is steaming. Mix in bowl then add atop of salmon.
