Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 C diced onion
    1lb ground chicken
    4 green bell peppers
    12 oz prego chunky garden combo
    2 C fresh spinach
    Salt
    Garlic Salt
    1 C uncooked brown rice

Directions

Brown chicken with onion. Add in garlic salt and regular salt to your preference. Add in cooked rice, spinach and 3/4 of the sauce. Boil cored out peppers for 5 minutes boiling water. Drain and stuff peppers with mix. Put in a 8x8x2 baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
