Introduction

I was looking for a "milkshake" and decided to throw this together. I was looking for a "milkshake" and decided to throw this together.

Ingredients

    2 mangos peeled and diced
    1/2 cup fat fee half and half
    1 cup skim mik
    3cups ice

Directions

In the blender add skim milk, half and half ice and mango. Blend until smooth. Add enough ice to make 8 cups.

Most blenders have oz and cup markings on blender bowl.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings.
