Ingredients

    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    2 sachets of onion soup (40g each)
    4lb beef roast
    1 cup of water

Tips

you can serve with mash patatoes or rice and vegetable of you liking. You can get in ready from frozen and let it cook for the day while you work and come home to a ready meal.


Directions

mix onion soup and mushroom soup with 1 cup of water.
put roast in slow cooker and pour the mixture over the roast and let cook for 8hrs. Then enjoy.

    This is my daughter's favorite - I make it with beef stew chunks of beef. This is a recipe that she regularly requests. I also add a couple of cans of mushroom pieces. - 4/2/13
