Ingredients

1 lb 99% or 93% Ground turkey meat
A 15 oz. Can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
1 Packet Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 Package Mama Mary’s Honey Whole Wheat thin pizza crusts (Contains 2)
    Olive oil
1/4 Cup Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce (or any brand, but I adore Dei Fratelli, tastes like fresh tomatoes!)
1/4 Cup Ortega Taco Sauce - Medium
Shredded cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack and/or mozzarella cheese
    Onion, chopped
    Lettuce, chopped
    Fresh tomato, chopped
    Fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely
    Blue corn tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Brown your ground turkey until no longer pink. Add 3/4 of a can of pumpkin to the meat, along with taco seasoning and water as directed on the taco seasoning package.

Lightly baste your pizza crust with olive oil. Mix equal parts of pizza sauce with taco sauce. Apply to your pizza crust evenly.

Carefully spoon 1/3 of your pumpkin turkey taco meat on to the pizza crust. Save the rest for more pizza or quick tacos for lunch tomorrow. Or a taco salad. Or an evening snack with leftover chips.

Top with chopped onion, cheddar cheese and/or Monterrey Jack and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 12-14 minutes until your crust is golden brown.

Meanwhile, chop up your lettuce, tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Once you have your pizza out of the oven and on a cutting surface, top with the additional toppings.

Last but not least, grab a generous handful of tortilla chips and gently crush them over the pizza.
