Ingredients

1# Venison, or other meat of your choice
1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
2 large bell peppers
3 jalapenos, sliced in rings
1 large onion, cut in chunks
8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
1T cumin
2t chili powder
2 T chopped garlic
Tips
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and/or warm tortillas, but don't forget to add the calories!
Directions
Brown Venison (or other meat) in Pam sprayed pan, then place in crock pot. Pour the diced tomatoes and about cup and a half of water over the meat. Add the spices, including the chopped garlic.
Saute the vegetables until crisp tender. You can add them to the crockpot now and let cook all day, or add these 1 hour before cooking is done if you want them crisp tender.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
