Introduction

Here is a vegan meatloaf. Here is a vegan meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 12 oz package of Yves Meatless Ground
    1/3 cup dived celery
    1/3 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    1 carrot, shredded
    3 medium mushrooms, chopped
    1 14 oz cans dived tomatoes
    1/4 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 of a 6 oz can tomato paste
    Season to tastes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, except tomato paste. Spread evenly in oven safe pan.
Thin tomato paste with just enough water to make it spreadable, can be seasoned also.
Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
