Ingredients

    1 c. Boiling Water
    2 tbsp. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
    1 tbsp. Non Dairy Creamer
    3 tbsp. Splenda
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    pinch of salt
    pinch of chili powder

Directions

Boil water
While waiting for water to boil, mix Cocoa, non-dairy creamer, splenda, cinnamon, salt and chili powder in a cup.
Add the water to the cup and stir until mixture is disolved, add vanilla.
