Ingredients

    4 cups green beans, trimmed
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup minced garlic
    3 tsp paprika
    1 lb. raw shrimp (26-30 count)
    2 15 oz. cans cannellini beans, rinsed
    5 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

Bring 1" water to boil in a large saucepan. Put green beans ina steamer basket, place in pan, cover and steam until tender crisp, 4-6 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add garlic and paprika, cook; sitrring constantly about 20 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Stir in cannellini beans, vinegar and salt. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley, green beans and sprinkle with pepper.
