Ingredients

2 cans 28-oz Hunt's Petite Cut Canned Tomatoes

2 cans 4-oz Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green Chilis

    1/2 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro

    1 large Onion

    9 Roma Tomatoes

    1/4 cup Lime Juice

    1 tablespoon Salt

    1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper

Directions

Make this recipe at least several hours ahead so the ingredient flavors can meld.

1. Drain the canned tomatoes and then empty contents into a large bowl.

2. Add the green chilis.

3. Use your food processor to finely chop the cilantro, onion, and roma tomatoes in batches and add to the large bowl.

4. Stir well to combine.

5. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper into the large bowl and stir again very well.

6. Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.

Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for your tacos and fajitas. This will make about 50 servings, 1/4 cup each; enough to take to the family picnic!
