Ingredients

1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Splenda
1 egg
2 teaspoons half and half
1 1/2 teaspoons oil or butter
Tips
When choosing a container to cook the bread look for on with high sides as the bread will rise quite high while cooking. Also look for one that isn't too rounded inside as this will create bread shaped like a ball.
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well to ensure egg is incorporated. Pour mixture into a greased coffee mug or other small container with high sides.
Let stand in microwave for 3 minutes. Then cook on high for 1 minute 20 seconds.
Let cool then slice half to create 2 sliced of "bread". This can be used as is or toasted.
