Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter (for the crock)
    3/4 cup brown rice
    1/4 cup quinoa
    2 cup rolled oats
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/4-1/3 cup brown sugar Splenda blend.
    10 cups water
    Serve with: 1 tbsp Honey!

Directions

Butter crock pot insert. Add everything (except the honey)! Cook 6 hours on low, 4 hours on high. Allow to cool 15 minutes before attempting to eat!
