Ingredients

    butter, sugar, brown sugar, lrg egg, vanilla extrace, ap flour, whole oats, baking soda, b.powder, salt, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, chopped walnuts,sml.baking apples (peeled, coursley chopped, dipped in acidic water to prevent browning)


Tips

peel apples, or not, coursely chop or even shred for best results.


Directions

Preheat 350. Line cookie sheet w/parchment.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine sugars and butter beat till fluffy. Add egg & vanilla combine well. Add dry mixture mix until combined.
Add nuts, apples and raisins mix till combined.

Bake 10-15 minutes on middle rack until brown.
Cool on cookie sheet 2-5 min. remove to rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container in refridge.
