Ingredients

    - 2 jars marinated Artichoke Hearts (can substitute with non-marinated)
    - 1 sm. Onion, chopped fine
    - 1 clove Garlic, minced
    - 4 eggs (can substitute with egg beaters)
    - 1/4 c. fine, dry Bread Crumbs
    - 1/4 tsp. Salt
    - 1/8 tsp. Oregano
    - 1/8 tsp. Pepper
    - 1 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    - 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley

Directions

- Drain marinade from the artichoke/jar into frying pan, add onion & garlic, saute 5 mins.

- In a bowl, beat eggs and add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano & tabasco.

- Add grated cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes and the sauteed onion mixture.

- Put into a sprayed 7x11 pan, bake at 325 degrees, 30 minutes.

- Cut into 1" squares

- Serve warm or cold
