    Put the following ingredients into a crock-pot.
    Wash and cube 10 russett potatoes. Leave skin on.
    1 Medium Onion
    8 cup Chicken Broth
    1 tbsp season salt
    5 tsp garlic

    cook on low 10 hours or high 6

    Place half the potatoes into a blender and blend until smooth. Add back to remaining potatoes in crock-pot. Add 1/4 c. butter, 8oz canned milk
