Ingredients

    1/2 kilo lean meat pork (thigh or loin)
    1/2 kilo pork lungs
    1/4 kilo pork liver
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup onion
    1 tbsp ground black pepper
    1 small sache Maggi Magic Sarap seasoning
    1 cube Knorr Pork Bouillon
    1 cup vinegar

Tips

Boil pork lungs for 5-10 minutes for easier chopping.


Directions

Marinade pork, liver and pepper in vinegar. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add finely chopped pork lungs, mix well. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the pork/liver marinade. Simmer for at 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
