Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces(remove)
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup(remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup(remove)
    Greek Seasoning (to taste 1 tbsp or so)
    Tziki Sauce:
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 8 oz(remove)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped(remove
    Dill Seasoning

Tips

You can use this recipe for other meats as well, beef, lamb It works great, just adjust cooking times based on the meat choice.


Directions

Place chicken breasts in crockpot with olive oil, lemon juice and greek seasoning, cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is done, remove and shred.
For sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, and dill seasoning and refrigerate for 3 hours (even better overnight), serve with pita bread and your favorite toppings.
