Introduction

Ingredients

3 1/2 C quick oats
1 1/2 C powdered non-fat milk
4 scoops vanilla protein
1 C sugar free maple syrup
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 C orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 C natural applesauce
Tips
Vary your recipe to your taste! Use chocolate or strawberry instead of vanilla protein. Add in chocolate chips or dried fruit, or mix some peanut butter in.
I individually wrapped mine in parchment paper to make them easier to grab and go.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare 9 x 12 pan.
2. Mix together oats, powdered milk, and protein in a large bowl.
3. In separate bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients.
4. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture; mix well.
5. Spread batter into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until edges are firm and golden brown.
6. Cut into 10 bars. Store in airtight container or freeze.
