Half 40 gm perfectly ripe Haas avocado, thinly sliced
90 gm Ripe Heirloom tomato
About 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise or other similar dressing
Dash of salt
You can adjust the proportions of the tomatoes and avocadoes to change the size of the salad. Keep approximately a 2 to 1 ratio of tomato to avocado.
You do not have to use heirloom tomatoes it you have very good beef steak tomatoes. But, heirlooms are the best.
Thinly slice an heirloom tomato and array on the other side of the plate.
Sprinkle a dash of salton both avocado and tomato (this is critical).
