Ingredients

    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 2 clove, minced
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    *chilli, 0.3 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 15 mL
    *Ground tumeric, 0.3 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp
    *Coriander seed, 0.5 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 50 grams
    Flank Steak, 250 grams

Directions

1) Mix all the ingredients except the steak in a food processor till well-blend.
2) Pour marinade into a glass bowl and add the meat.
3) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
