Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, cooked
    1 tbsp. mined onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery
    20-25 frozen tater tots
    1 c. shredded colby cheese

Directions

In a skillet cook beef and minced onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a grease 3 qt baking dish. Spread cream of celery over top. Add tater tots.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese; bake additional 5 minutes.
