Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 med onion
1 jar - 24 oz spag. sauce (used Prego Heart Smart)
1 egg
2.25 cups - light shredded mozzarella cheese
1 13 oz light ricotta cheese
parsely
2 tbls parmesan cheese
6 no cook lasagna noodles
water
Tips
You can lighten this up further by using fat free cheeses and egg beaters.
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions.
Add spag. sauce. Simmer 5 mins. (add additonal spices - garlic etc here if you want)
Separate bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, egg and parsely.
Put 1 cup of sauce at bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle a little water over sauce. Lay noodles over top of sauce. Spread half cheese mixture over noodles. Put 2 cups of sauce over cheese, lay noodles over sauce and spread remaining cheese mixture over noodles. Top with remaining sauce sprinkle with a little more water. NO more than 1/4 cup. Cook on low for 4.5 - 5 hours. 15 mins before serving top with remaining mozzarella cheese until it melts. Serve.
