    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz(remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can(remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .25 cup(remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup(remove)
    Peas, canned, 1 cup(remove)
    *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 1 cup(remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled(remove)

Directions

Brown meat in olive oil, add Tomatoes, water & flour, bring to boil, add all other items and lower to simmer for 1 1/2 hour or until vegetables are tender.
