Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (3.4oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.4 oz) package of instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup of water
1 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup quick cooking oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, butterscotch pudding mix. Add the eggs, applesauce and water, mix until well blended. In another bowl, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and oats. Pour half the batter into the pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar mix mixture. Cover with the rest of the batter and sprinkle with the rest of the brown sugar mixture
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn the oven down to 325 degrees and bake for and additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick put into the center comes out clean.
