A New Spin on Hummus! A New Spin on Hummus!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 Can of Rinsed White Beans (Cannellini)
    3-4 Fresh Basil Leaves
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    2 Teaspoons of Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 tablespoon of Salt
    1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Juice from 1 Lemon


Drizzle fresh olive oil, Grind black pepper and put fresh basil on top when serving for a more appetizing look!

Serve with pita chips, or cut up veggies of your choice!


Rinse and Drain white beans to rid thick syrup and any extra sodium that is within the can. Put all ingredients in food processor for 3 minutes until all blended. Put in container and serve immediately or place in refrigerator and serve chilled. Enjoy!
