Introduction

Ingredients

2 200gr cans of tuna in water (drained)
2 medium eggs (for a healthier version use 3 egg whites)
1 medium onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 fresh chili (or more according to taste)
2 tablespoons cream cheese (use low fat for healthier version)
3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
1 clove garlic - chopped finely
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C
Blend all ingredients together OR chop finely and mix by hand.
Scoop with tablespoon in to 15 muffin paper/silicone cups or muffin tin. With paper or silicone cups you don't need to oil it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on the strength of your oven. Baking them too long will dry them out. Do the toothpick test.
Let cool and serve with sweet chili sauce.
