    kale, about 2 cups roughly chopped
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbs
    Salt, about .5 tsp
    nutmeg, dash

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Roughly chop about 2 cups of Kale
sprinkle with E.V.O.O., salt, and nutmeg
Bake for 10 minutes
