Introduction

Thin sliced lamb steaks marinated in olive oil, rosemary, garlic and brandy. Thin sliced lamb steaks marinated in olive oil, rosemary, garlic and brandy.

Ingredients

    Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Alcohol, brandy, 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
    Rosemary, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Lamb, minute steaks, thin, 150 grams


Directions

1) Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, alcohol, rosemary and garlic together.
2) Marinate the lamb steaks for minimum 4 hours.
3) Fry the lamb steaks in a pan sprayed with low cal vegetable spray till cooked and brown. Alternatively, grill the steaks and baste with the marinade.
