Introduction

Ingredients

    fresh or frozen string beans, 2 cups for 2 servings
    2 Tbls Polaner Apricot Spread, no sugar, with Fiber
    1 Pat butter (approx 1 tsp.)
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

You can use either fresh or frozen string beans but try not to overcook either type. However, it will still taste great even if you do.


Directions

Cook string beans per preferred method (stove top or microwave). When done, put in bowl and add pat of butter, the apricot spread, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Serve.
