Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup chopped and rinsed artichokes
    1/4 cup hemp seeds
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1/4 cup tahini
    2 garlic cloves, peeled
    handful of fresh basil
    2-3 tbsp sauerkraut juice ( can use apple cider and/or lemon juice)
    1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust till liking)


Place all ingredients for artichoke sauce in blender and blend till creamy and taste. Adjust flavor to your liking.

Serving Size: use as a pizza sauce, salad dressing or dip for veggies
