Ingredients

DOUGH:
1/8 cup warm, not hot water
1 package of quick active dry yeast
Milk, 2%, .33 cup warmed
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
*Margarine, soft, 2 Tablespoons
Egg, fresh, 1 large
*Flour, white, 1 cup
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
GOOEY CINNAMON FILLING:
margarine 4 TBSP
*Mollasses, 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp packed
*Agava Nectar 100% Pure - 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Stevia, Spoonable Baking Formula (1 tbsp = 15 g)
Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp

Directions
Serving Size: 14 rolls 1 roll per serving
Soak yeast in warm water for 5 minutes. Pour warm milk over sugar and salt in bowl and stir; beat in shortening, egg, 1 cup flour, and softened yeast. Cover with wax paper and let rise in warm place 10 minutes. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead lightly, let rise for 10 minutes, next roll into an 8 x 15 inch oblong.
While waiting for dough to rise make the gooey filling in small mixing bowl combine soft margarine 4 TBSP, Mollasses, 1 tbsp, Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp packed, Agava Nectar 100% Pure - 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Set a side until DOUGH IS READY!
AFTER THE DOUGH IS READY Grease Oblong baking pan with margarine
Spread 75% of FILLING on dough then, sprinkle with 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 TBSP STEVIA. Then roll dough lengthwise, jelly roll fashion. Cut into 14 equal pieces. Place Rolls in greased oblong pan. Brush the rest of filling on top of rolls and sprinkle with a touch more cinnamon and stevia. Cover with greased wax paper and let rise in warm place for 15 minutes. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. FLIP Pan UPSIDE DOWN onto a serving pan. Serve WARM Yield 14 rolls.
