Ingredients

    -1 fresh banana
    -1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or regular almond milk)
    -1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    -1 TBSP peanut butter
    -1 tsp ground cinnamon
    -1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    -1 tsp (1 packet) Truvia (zero calorie stevia sweetener)
    -1 tsp vanilla extract
    -1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal
    -a few handfuls of ice

Tips

-Can use vanilla or natural protein powder instead of chocolate, if desired
-Omit the ground cinnamon if you want a stronger chocolate peanut butter flavor, but the cinnamon gives it a great taste!


Directions

1) Blend everything together and enjoy for a filling breakfast meal
