Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup ground flax or wheat germ (nutrition with flax)
    1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
    1/3 cup honey
    1 t vanilla extract

Directions

Stir everything together, chill in the fridge for at least a half hour. Roll into balls, store in tupperware in the fridge.

Serving Size: 20-25 1 inch balls
