Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 cups of Water
    2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
    4 tablespoons Honey
    1 teaspoon Salt
    2 cups of Bread Flour
    1 cup of Whole Wheat flour
    1 cup of Uncle Sam Cereal
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Tips

you may want to start with one and a half cups of water and then slowly add water on the second kneading cycle to get the right consistency.


Directions

1) measure and add liquid to bread pan.
2) measure and add dry ingredients ( except yeast ) to bread pan.
3) add yeast according to your manufacturers instructions.
4) select the whole wheat option and your crust preference ( if you have the option ) and press start

Serving Size: one loaf. ( about 12-14 thin slices )
