Introduction

Simple meatloaf made with salas and cheese. Simple meatloaf made with salas and cheese.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz of lean graound beef
    1/2 cup of Quaker oatmeal dry
    1 large egg
    8 tbsp PC mild Salsa
    60 grams of blue menu low fat cheddar cheese

Tips

You can use any kind of salsa( spicy) you want. Also may want to add addtional veggies, such as onion or peppers. My family is picky so I keep it simple:)


Directions

MIx all ingredients together except for cheese. Bake at 350 degrees celcius for about 40 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes or until melted.
