Ingredients

    Ground Turkey or chicken, 1128 grams
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3.5 cup
    Irresistibles Black Beans, 2.375 cup
    Irresistibles Red Kidney Beans, 2.375 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp ground
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (.5 tbsp of each)

Tips

could be made in a slow cooker also. Brown the meat and then throw all items into the slow cooker for 6-8 hours


Directions

Brown the turkey in a pan
Add chili powder and cumin
Add vegetables
Simmer for 2 hours on stove top
