Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 avocado
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 red pepper
1 large tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg fajita or taco seasoning
Directions
Mix it all together and put onto tortillas, or mix into salad greens with a little rice vinegar.
