Ingredients

    Oats (1cup)
    Sunflower seeds (1 cup)
    Pumpkin seeds (1 cup)
    Chickpeas (2 cups)
    asparagus (10 spears)
    tomato (1 large)
    garlic cloves (3)
    parsley (1/4 cup)
    scallions (1/4 cup)
    onion (1/2 cup)
    mustard (3 tbsp)
    mushrooms (1 cup)
    rice vinegar (1/8 cup)

Tips

Crumble the veggie burgers and pour over your favorite salad.


Directions

Cook the chickpeas.

Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic cloves. Add the scallions, parsley, and tomato last. Steam the asparagus until cooked. Mix on a mixer. Add the chickpeas and remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour mixture on parchment paper. Bake 350 degrees on an oven for about 30 minutes. Makes about 15 veggie burgers.
