Ingredients

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Oikos 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, Plain
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour
1/2 Cup Truvia
1/2 Cup Water
2 tsp Instant Coffee
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease pan
In a large bowl mix Greek yogurt, sugar and cocoa.
Add vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
Mix water and instant coffee and blend in to mixture.
Stir in Quinoa flour.
Spread the batter into prepared pan
Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 9 brownies
