Ingredients

*Urad Dal 100 Grams, 1 cup (remove)
*Chana Dal, 100 gram(s) (remove)
*moong dal, 1 cup (remove)
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
*dried red chile peppers.1 pepper, .25 grams (remove)
Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
*Curry Leaves (4/6 Leaves), 1 serving (remove)
*cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Black Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp (remove)
Tips
Add Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add 1 tbsp grated ginger to the oil and let it turn brown before adding bafori.
Directions
1) Soak the beans in water for 5-6 hours. Grind it in a blender.
2) Add salt and pepper to taste.
3) Put this in idli pots to vaporize. It takes 5 minutes to cook in microwave.
4) Remove and let it cool down before removing from the idli pots.
5) Add 2 tbsp spoon oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp mustard and cumin seeds to oil.
6) Add some neem leaves and put all the bafori in it. Stir it for 20 minutes.
* It’s ready to serve. Bafori is high in protein.
