Introduction

Great way to get in your protein snacks...and can make a big batch! Great way to get in your protein snacks...and can make a big batch!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    32 oz or 2 lb or 908g Crystal Farms All whites Liquid Egg Whites
    2 cup fresh Spinach, chopped

    1 medium pepper Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 med yellow onion, chopped
    1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices

    Spices/herbs are desired.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam or saute bell pepper, onion and mushrooms until almost tender. Add a tablespoon of mixture into each muffin tin. Add spinach to each. Pour about 1/3 cup liquid egg whites into each spot. Season with S/P or any herbs you like. Bake at 350 for 24 mins.
This recipe makes 18 muffins.
