Directions

Cut Salmon into small squares, in food processor chop salmon on pulse setting. Take salmon and place in large mixing bowl with chopped bell pepper, lemon juice, horseradish, may, Dijon, dill weed, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare your grill. For this burger Mesquite wood is preferred for great smoke flavor.
When the fire is ready remove mixture from the refrigerator and add bread crumbs and shape into 5 patties. Place them on the grill turning once.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, salmon does not take long to cook. you can cook longer for your desired doneness.
Place salmon patty on bun with baby spinach, slice tomatoes. Also top it off with your favorite dressing or low fat mayo or Dijon. I like this with some sweet potatoes fries.
