This is a quick and easy meal to cook up after a long day at work. This is a quick and easy meal to cook up after a long day at work.
Number of Servings: 4

    Aldi's Fusia Oriental Stir Fry
Boca Flame Grilled Meatless Burgers 1 pkg of 4 patties
    Sesame oil
    Low sodium soy sauce
Siracha thai hot chili sauce (optional)

If you don't have the Aldi's vegetable packet, you could probably replicate this easily with a large package of frozen stir fry vegetables and some terriyaki sauce.

Heat oil in a alrge pan or wok. When oil is hot, add frozen vegetables and cover for 5 mins or until cooked. In a separate pan cook the Boca Burgers according to stove top package directions. Add stir fry sauce pacakge that came with vegetables, soy sauce and siracha sauce (season to taste). Cut boca burgers into slices or cubes and mix into the vegetable pan. Stir to combine flavors and serve.

Serving Size: makes approximately 4 2-cup servings
