Ingredients

    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup rye flour ( also corn flour i use)
    1 TBSP sugar
    1 TSBP baking powder
    3 TBSP olive oil
    2 egg whites
    1 cup almond milk

Directions

heat oven to 400 F. combine ingredients mix well. pour onto lightly oiled 8x8 pan. bake 15 min or until done. makes 8 servings
